My oldest sister had a seizure during a college exam. The nurse physically took her license away (found out later she was not authorized to do that). She never got it back. Mine was revoked by the ministry. I gave it up willingly (get to keep the plastic card, though). From what I understand, I can go through a re-evaluation in a year.

I took my medication regularly to prevent seizure. And one day, I am driving I got stop by a police for an expire tag, she look at my driver license and told me beacuse I have refuse to submit a recommendation from my Doctor, that I am able to drive, my license has been suspended for almost 3 months ago. She collect my driver license and told me I will get it back the next 3 months.

well i called the fine folks at nc dmv and they told me to get a letter from my doctor and seid it to them stating that my seizures are well controlled and he released me to drive the folks at dmv said they would no suspend them if i got the letter from my doctor he did require me to check my medication level by blood test though so i will send that to them and see what happens but if they do suspend the,m any way for 6 months that will be up in january so either way its ok i guess
