I live in a state that allows medical marijuana, and I want to supplement my medication with some form of CBD. Can anyone recommend a delivery method? tincture? chewables? vape? other? Thanks.

Talk to your neurologist

Talk to your neurologist about this, he will know how. If you get no results go to Medication Issues page 2 and read the post from Gregory there for more info. I tried this CBD oil but it did not help. I do not believe it is more "safe" than pharmaceuticals which have helped many. These drugs have been studied in depth, research is just beginning for CBD so the effects are still unknown. I urge to speak to your neurologist as you would for any new drug like this..

My husband uses a combination

My husband uses a combination of tincture and vaping. He prefers the tincture as sometimes he does not feel comfortable vaping in around our children and his colleagues. There are many different delivery vehicles. We have even seen suppositories, but he wasn't open to try that. This article highlight 5 of the main delivery vehicles - http://cbdoilexpert.com/5-ways-to-use-cbd/
