Many questions

I was just diagnosed with epilepsy. The Dr. first said MS. Then did more testing. Found out I have had brain damage and epilepsy I was unaware of. He said it has done so much damage that the constant fatigue, muscle weakness, head pain, numbness, total body fire, ice, vertigo, dropping things and not being able to get out of bed or walk along with at times slurring or stuttering is from the epilepsy. It never goes away. It's identical to MS symptoms. Does anyone else have this?

I'm confused by what you wrote. What type of brain damage do you have? What is "it" when you revere to "so much damage it has made"?Epilepsy is not something that shows on MRIS or CT scans. Epilepsy is in fact a conglomerate of symtomps. One of the causes of epilepsy is brain abnormalities, so the brain abnormality is the cause of your epilepsy. Brain abnormalities are either genetic, congenital or through traumatic brain trauma, or brain infection. It is also quite possible to have comorbid conditions, so you could in fact have other neurological conditions as well. People that have MRI findings often do have co morbid conditions, in fact, most people with epilepsy have normal MRIs. Furthermore, people that have (for example) other conditions such as MS, stroke, tumors etc.etc. can develop epilepsy, why? Because epilepsy is a group of symptoms.Hope this helps.
