Looking for some insight!

Hi Everyone, My name is Lyndsay I am 25 years old and had a grandmal seizure while driving recently. I thought it was just a one time thing but after testing it was found that I have excessive activity in my left temporal area of my brain. I struggled with my medication, depression and anxiety. I have now adjusted to my medication and am doing a bit better with my depression. However, yesterday I lost my ability to think, had blurred and was not able to speak correctly or process simple words. My neurologist is on vacation so I thought Id see if anyone has any suggestions. I'm not having as much trouble today as I was yesterday. But in these situations what should I do? Both my jobs require me to speak & communicate so I am kinda freaking out. I could barely even read yesterday without having to close my eyes and regather my thoughts. Im scared that my epilepsy is going to take over my life.
