Living with it

Mon, 09/18/2017 - 17:02
Hey guys. I have visual seizures maybe once a month, where I lose focus in my vision and keep swallowing over and over again while having a bunch of random thoughts (none violent or anything, just really random). I'm trying to find the right meds but so far I haven't found one that worked. My doctor's best guess is tuberous sclerosis. I'm starting to believe that I'm just going to have to learn to live my best life with my epilepsy, but it's hard, because the thought of having a seizure gives me so much anxiety and it basically ruins my day. I have no idea how to deal with it and accept it and I feel so alone.
