Just me

Thu, 05/18/2017 - 14:30
My name is Andrea ..im 26 and I have simple partial seizures and tonic clonic seizures pretty regularly..im trying to live a regular life as much as I can but its not as easy as it looks. When I was about 15 or 16 years old I remember sitting in school having what I know now is a simple partial seizure. I use to have them all the time because I had traumatic brain injury when i was 4 months old and i just thought it was just some werid thing my brain did. It wasnt until I was 22 years old I came across an article in a magazine that it big thing was seizures and what kind that I became really worried and alarmed. Ever since then I have been stuggling this uphill battle to get my epilepsy under control and become seizure free.

This is me as well...i fell when i was a toddler ...cracked my skull open. Now im trying to live my life with these mini "zone out" seizures ...in my case sleep depravation really seems to cause them to be more frequent. Indeed after putting in a gruling near 50 hour work week with a persistant toothache i was fired from my job yesterday because apperntly i can not gibe change properly while havong a spell.
