Just how dangerous is it to drive?

Sun, 03/22/2015 - 23:00

This is my own experience with driving. I had been seizure free for 2 years b4 driving in 1994. I was returning from the mall and obviously blacked out. (point a) I obviously hit the fender of the car in front of me then drove across 30 yards of grass off an embankment and into a parking lot then drove the damaged van home. (point b) Everything between (point a)  to (point b) I have no memory or recollection of at all. The charges against me. Hit & Run and Reckless Driving. I just have to thank God that no person was damaged in any way. I did not do any jail time but I know that it could have happened. Community Service was enough to satisfy the Magistrate. Like it or not that mark will remain on my record for my life. Nor did it stop a civil suite for $30,000. paid to the lady for hitting her car fender. I have not & will not drive again in my life. Seizure activity is just too dangerous to deal with. Please think long and hard b4 driving if you do have a history of seizure activity. Your own life and the lives of others are just to valuable to waste. I know that this is a loss of freedom to people in many different ways. Is it worth it ? My answer is Yes.
