I'm not sure what's going on with me...

Hi Folks. I would very much value your feedback and opinion of my situation. I am a 44-year-old male. When I was 21, I was sick with a high fever and the next thing I know, I’m waking up in a hospital. My girlfriend stated that I had a seizure in my sleep and called an ambulance. As I didn’t have a history of seizures, the medical team simply attributed this to the high fever. I never thought of it again…until a couple of years later, when I had another seizure in my sleep. Once again, I was sick with a very high fever during this episode as well. That was the end of any seizures for 20+ years. 20 Some odd years later, I started having odd “mental experiences” a few days a week every six months or so. When one would occur, it would feel like I was starting to partially black out and I would experience dream like thoughts, however, I was fully lucid – The closest description I can provide is if you were to imagine that you stood up way too fast and you almost blacked out – here but not here for a moment. Once again, every six months or so, I would have these episodes a few times a week and then they would simply disappear. Further, they would always occur approximately around 5:00 PM while I was just sitting at my desk. Never much later, never much earlier. Then a couple of years ago, I woke up feeling extremely out of sorts, my tongue was badly bitten and I knew that I had just had another seizure in my sleep. This time though, there was no fever. I simply wrote if off as an anomaly. That is until about a year later, once again in my sleep, I had another seizure so severe that I dislocated my shoulder. Now, it seems I have one once a year or so – always in my sleep - except once when I was out to lunch and I felt myself passing out for a period of 5 minutes or so and the next thing I know, I’m waking up in a hospital... I’ve had (3) CT Scans and they were all clear. I’ve had (3) MRI scans and they were all clear. I’ve had an EEG and, once again, it was clear. I HAVE been previously diagnosed with sleep apnea and I was prescribed a CPAP sleep apnea treatment device that I’m supposed to where while sleeping (it can be a pain though). I have never had a seizure while wearing the CPAP device, however, I have had them when I wasn’t. In total, I’ve had (5) tonic colonic seizures in my sleep (that I know of) and (1) tonic colonic seizure while awake, but after a TERRIBLE night’s sleep and I was exhausted. My recent EEG and MRI results came back clear. Regardless, I just started taking Charlotte’s Web CBD Oil as a precautionary measure. I started taking CBD oil a couple of months ago and since then, the light-headed type of activity that I previously experienced hasn’t surfaced…much…until today; today I almost blacked out twice. I have no way of knowing if this was seizure type activity or some other none related event. I work out (5) times a week and I’m in good shape so I wouldn’t think it would be low blood sugar or something of this nature. I don’t want to give up my driver’s license nor do I want to go on some type of invasive anticonvulsant medication. Does the above “mirror” typical, or even none typical epilepsy or could something else be going on with me? Worth noting, I’ve been taking 40MG of Paxil for over a decade and this medication is often associated with what patience call “brain zaps” etc. (Paxil is an antidepressant like Prozac). I’ve often wondered if the seizure activity is somehow tied in with my use of Paxil. Any advice or thoughts on my “case” would be greatly appreciated. God Bless you all!
