If my mom is loyal to her word..

Wed, 05/31/2017 - 06:09
I am 21 years old and there has been some family drama the past year. A week ago, my mom has threatened to drop the health insurance thatI have for the third time in the past six months. As a college student that makes about $500 every month, I can't affford the combination of rent and Kaiser Permanente. So, if my mom ever decides to stick to her word and drop me from her health insurance plan, what do I do? Is ObamaCare my only choice? (if I even qualify for that) Follow replies to my comments Hello tuan huy(Logout) 2 Comments SubscribeRSS 635 days ago mereloaded It i smy understanding that if you are a college student, your parents can keep you in their insurance until you are 26 IF you continue to be a full time student. I may be wrong though about the age, but when Obama did the obama care, he also changed the rules for maintaining adult children in parent's insurance. Colleges do have a some sort of low cost health care through the college, ask about. You can also ask about Cobra while you research. If your state expanded Medicaid, you might be in a better position. You don't make enough to qualify for ACA subsidies, those cover incomes above some point - Medicaid expansion was expected to cover those at the low end. LikeReplyShare0 NEW TO EPILEPSY AND SEIZURES?
