i think my period has stopped

Thu, 05/03/2007 - 09:47
I am 28 years old and have been diagnosed w/ epilepsy for about a year or so and have been treated over maybe the past 9 months or so. I am on lamictal and trilleptal and my periods have all but stopped. I am freaked out b/c I could set a clock by my periods in the past, before the meds and for them to just leave...I can't believe this is happening. I am getting married soon, and kids are on the top of our list. Is this the end of that dream? Is this why my face is all of a sudden growing hair; the drop in hormones? Is there anything I can do? BTW for those thinking the obvious :) no way I'm preggo - we are both devout Christians and he's a minister no less (not that it seems like in 2007 we are all living in the Word, but that's another convo all together..lol)

when i was first diagnosed i had my period and then for 3 years not a thing. its common, i changed meds and now i get it every month like clockwork somewhat... i get it but sometimes its a week late. what you are going through is normal but if you are planning on haveing children i advise you to go to your doctor about it.
