How I know if I took my pills.
Tue, 03/07/2017 - 03:19I take phenobarbital and tegretol three times daily. When I wake up in the morning my pill bottle (containing some of each pill) is on it's side so I know that I haven't taken them yet. I take them and leave the bottle upright until my afternoon dose and after I take it I turn the bottle upside down so I know I've taken that dose. Last thing at night I take my third dose of the day and when I do that, I leave the bottle on it's side so that in the morning I will know that I haven't taken it. I need only look at the bottle to know what dose I took last. At work I take my afternoon dose with my lunch. Nice & easy. :)

Just buy a pill dispenser.

Just buy a pill dispenser. That why you don't have to doubt if you took it or not, just look at the dispenser.
