How to explain to kids about what epilepsy is

Tue, 10/20/2015 - 09:06

I am traped in the house and not able to drive.  So when I am home with my son and he wants to go places and I have to say we cant, I have been saying daddy has a "ouchy" on his head and cant at the moment.  At somepoint what am will have I say to him to explain to:

Another issue is, I am getting scared of being alone with my son and having a seizure.  It hasnt happened yet luckily, but what do I do?  I have thought about getting one of those monitors "Help I have fallen and cant get up"  and teaching how to use that...   but...I have a 2nd child coming in this February and well I am getting more stressed...
