Live life as normal as possible. Eat well, exercise, get plenty of sleep (along with taking any meds you need). I've had Generalilzed for about 36 years. I was able to play college football. Just take precautions (ie-don't stay out too late and get less than 6-7 hours of sleep). I know this sounds corny, but it has certainly assisted me well.
