Routines and daily life are

Routines and daily life are very individual, depends how the epilepsy affects you and who else is involved in your life, boy friend children etc. You probably need to give us a bit more info on how it is affecting you so that people can then offer suggestions.  I listed about 15 things I need that I didn't need before e.g. from a  basic pill box to a squishy penguin to give to a hand threatening to go 'alien'. As for routines, You have to be good at problem solving; sometimes I am too exhausted to wash so use wipes and can't have a shower without someone being around. As for cooking I have a timer between the socket and plug on the cooker so if I forget or have a seizure it will be going off in a few mins. I only do stuff that needs warming up. Some people use microwaves only as it is too dangerous for them to be handling saucepans etc I focus on staying around the sofa at home where I have everything to hand, including sos food and water, I also have bedrolls, food and water in the other rooms of the house as I oftern end up on the floor and takes a while to fully recover. I have atypical absence and atonic i.e. I freeze and go floppy but am conscious so not as bad as others.Anyway say a bit more about your life and others might be able to come up with ideas and examples. All the best.
