How am I going to build a life?
Wed, 02/01/2017 - 11:37I have had epilepsy since I was 3 yo and I have coped pretty well. I am 31 yo now and and am becoming very depressed with the walls it keeps throwing up in my life. It had been 4 years since I had a seizure then just a couple weeks ago I had a break through seizure while driving:(! I has completely thrown my life into disarray. I could really use some encouragement and suggestions. Thanks

Hello, My brother is in the same place you are. He is concerned about building a life as well. He is 29 was diagnosed at 12, my mom who was taking care of everything health related to him passed away two years ago suddenly and as a family, we struggle every day to keep it all together. Would it help if you talked to him one on one, I feel he could use a pen pal...
