Hi Mike, I'm pretty sure, based on EEG and neuropsychometric test findings, that my simple partials are frontal lobe (bilateral). My biggest problems are a constant "brain buzz" and some mild to moderate cognitive dysfunction (slowed comprehension, short term memory). They'd classify this as "simple partial psychic" since the seizure activity is affecting my thinking/cognition, and not really noticeable by anyone but me (except for sneaky psychosocial/behavioral effects some people notice). Could easily be confused as "psychogenic", though they're not. Have you had neuropsychometric testing done? Imaging? VEEG? I'm in NW Oregon, so I cant recommend any Epileptologists down there. Best, Lil
