I always get the sense that I've seen and felt like some parallel universe or something and it gets stuck on my mind. It frustrates me cause how do you really describe a surreal feeling. It sounds dumb, but I wish I could meet someone who's "been" in that world too.

This is the symptom I have

This is the symptom I have been describing to my GPS, neurosurgeon & neurologist but none of them have said it can be a seizure. I felt like this a  full of headaches so after a year they finally let me have an MRI where something called a  AVM was found in my brain. I had a crainotomy to remove it in March. I am now in a high risk group for epilepsy but not on any meds. I have daily headaches, I am sensitive to light and I feel "out of it" a lot especially in crouded places. Can anyone give advice please? Thanks Natalie

I experience this as well, almost like I'm disconected from myself, everything that happens seems to be happening to another person. I've tried deep breathing and this seems to help take the edge off.
