Congrats on being 10.5 years seizure free! That truly is outstanding and hopefully a sign that you are forever free. Were you on meds up until this time?

Hi Jimmy, First know that I wish you the best, but please know that control can be lost if (& when) the body builds up a resistance the the controlling med. I was also perfectly controlled for over 10 years. Then out of the blue, one day when I was driving I had a seizure and drove accross a busy street into a garage. I wish you only the best, but I'm only saying to you what I wish had ben said to me. Unfortunately we can't take anthing for granted. And I don't want you (or anyone) to experience the misery I did. I've had E for 50 years and was controlled for over 10 starting at age 39. Since then I've had surgery and so far so good. ~sol
