Employment when on anti seizure medication

I had brain surgery April 23, 2014 for clipping of a brain aneurysm. I had no seizure activity until recently. I would be going about my business mainly walking or doing something and I would get the feeling that I felt like I was going to pass out but did not. I would stop regather myself and then continue what I was doing. I thought it was MS related because I also have MS but my neurologist ruled that out because my MRI came back with no new lesions no change or anything Awesome. So the next step was he sent me for a 48 hour EEG, got the results back of that and well it should seizure activity and when I described to him what was going on he said it sounded more like seizures. So with that he started me on Keppra well I start on 250 mg the first week, I was a little tired 2nd week 500 mg tired and nauseous, 3rd week 750 mg very tired nauseous and had to force myself to eat and was throwing everything up. My doctor lowed the dose at that point and still was sick so he then switched me to Topamax. I just started this last week 25 mg 1st week, 2nd week 50mg and 3rd 75 mg and 4th week 100 mg. So far I have been okay little tired, nauseous here and there. 

I am so worried being a single mom of 2 kids that how am I going to work. I just got fired from my last job because well they said it was for something else but probably because I could not work a 40 hour work week because I was so tired and sick, basically I was not reliable. I am so scared and do not know what lies ahead of me at this point. I would rather deal with the seizures then the side effects from the medications. Does anyone have words of guidance or suggests I am so lost on what I should do.
