An effective way to loose weight

I hope That everyone chooses to read this before automatically posting "work out" or "eat healthier" Reason being is that my epilepsy is tied to stress and the strain to my body, so if I work out, or change my diet, my seizure thresh hold drops and I become at risk of having a seizure. I have already been banned from a gym, due to being an environmental hazard for having too many seizures trying to work out. So, my question is, what would be an effective way to loose weight while being an epileptic.
