earthquake seizures

I am wondering if anyone has had a seizure where it feels like your body is having an earthquake? Sometimes it is preceded by a buzzing feeling through my whole body. It always happens at night and wakes me up or it happens just as I am waking in the morning. i have never heard of anyone experiencing this, and it makes me feel like I am living in a constant earthquake zone.

Hi, I am winnie, I would like to say that I do understand what you are going through. I don't call them earthquakes I call them viberations. I took one a while ago, I was looking it up and it seems that it is called motor seizure. It is under the Simple Partial Seizure. I never had the buzzing sound but the earthquake type yes. Like I said I call it the viberation seizure. I hope this will help you alot. I would talk to your doctor about this and see what he says about what is going on with you. To all others out there if I am wrong please steer this person in the right direction.

Yes Winnie, thats what it feels like-like my whole body is vibrating, but not a light vibration- its a really strong vibrating feeling. The buzzing wasn't a sound- it was all through my body- just before the vibrations started. Thank you for responding. It somehow helps to know someone else has shared this very odd experience.

Thank you for your feedback. As with epilepsy, the buzzing, or ringing drive me batty of which I do not need any more. I have learned to just keep it to myself, live like a hermit so not to bother people with my boring issue of which I know that are not interested.
