Driving

I have a facial spasm and haven't had an episode in a long time. About a month ago, while driving on the highway in bright sun I had some weird experience. It was a spasm or an episode but the sunlight through the bare trees bothered me. It bothered me so much that I had to pull over and have the other person in the car drive. I thought that was a one time experience. Today is cloudy and I was driving on a semi-residential road but had the same thing happen. I didn't feel an episode coming on but just felt a little weird and honestly started to panic a bit. I pulled into an empty parking, waited and calmed down and then went on to the office. Not sure if this is anxiety or part of my facial spasm acting in a new and different way. Anyone else experience this? Thanks. Xena

I don't have any seizures with flickering lights, but yes, they bother me in a way I really can't describe. I don't like strobes, police car lights, light through trees on a road. They make me feel uncomfortable, *almost* queasy, and somehow like something is wrong. Dim light, like when the daylight is coming to an end or a store dimly lit with fluorescent lights makes me feel "wrong" too. Deb
