Complex Absence Seizures

I am 18 now, and I have had seizures for 6 years now. For the first 5 years it has always been the same where I just blank out and start moving my lips and fingers wherever and whenever my brain feels like it. But just recently this year I've been consistantly having them while I sleep. I don't think I've had them in my sleep before because I haven't changed where I sleep. I always sleep on the couch if I'm taking a nap, so my family often sees me sleeping. But this year they started seeing it quite often. I was wondering why there was this sudden change. It's confusing me. I'm not sure if it's getting worse or better because I know I have the possibility of outgrowing them. Sorry about the blank post below.
