I am not a doctor, but I have a teen ager with generalized epilepsy and can offer my experiences with foods. My daughter has been on multiple treatments, including the ketogenic diet. I used organic foods and lots of tofu during those years and she did not experience any difficulties. Interestingly, her health improved as a result from the quality food without additives, in my opinion. Good luck ...You have found a source of support here from those who live and care for individuals facing the challenges of epilepsy.
