Triggers of seizures

I observed the link between hot, humid air in the room and seizures. Situation improves when I open the window or turn on AC. Does someone have any observation of this?

What type of seizures do you have.Anything can act as a trigger. Some people find that concentrating/staring/ for periods of time whilst trying to engage in normal activity can acerbate their trigger.I hope the link helps in seeing if your particular trigger is there, what you can do about it.Have you tried any relaxation techniques? http://www.google.com/search?q=seizure++triggers&btnG=Search&hl=en&lr=&ie=ISO-8859-1&oe=ISO-8859-1
