Seizure???

My 9-year old was diagnoised with Epilepsy in Dec. 2003. I am new to watching for more seizures because it is the staring kind. I was wondering if this sounds like a seizure to you. She was at a friends house and the mother said one minute Ashley was fine and the next she felt sick and was shaking really bad. Her hand shook when she was on the Depakote but they have since took her off and it calmed right down. This was a whole body shake. It lasted quite awhile and she suddenly gets very tired and sleeps the rest of the day. What do you think? Come to think about it, Yesterday she laid down on the Concrete driveway (We were sitting out there talking) and went to sleep for a short period of time. She woke up and "spitup". Could this be related?Stacie

Stacie:It's hard to say from here, but yes I would say it is related. You need to call the neuro and let him know. throwing up/spitting up is a common reaction after a seizure and so is being tired.please let us know how all is going.
