My Fiance' has Epilepsy
Thu, 05/21/2009 - 16:45Hello everybody! My name is Ingrid and my fiance' David has epilepsy. I didnt know until we got serious and now Im trying to get as informed as I can since our wedding date is Aug. 8, 2009. I want to learn so that I can treat with the respect he deserves. I dont want him to feel like he's a child to take care of, but a man. He was over protected by his parents and looking forward to being on his own. He's moving from Puerto Rico to TX and soon after we will marry.
He was asking me if he needed to carry a card in his wallet that stated his condition or even if epilepsy would be noted on his driver's license. Does anyone know?
