Coping with my brothers epilepsy

Tue, 07/08/2014 - 17:59

My brother was diagnosed with a brain tumor just over 2 years ago, he had an operation to remove the tumor but because of the position of the tumor it was too dangerous to remove it all.  The tumor has left him with epilespy and he has regular sleep seizures and partial seizures which he can normally control when awake. Last week he had his second tonic clonic seizure, thank god i was there to help him to but it was the first i have witnessed and it has terrified me. I mamnaged to stay calm and do everything i could to keep him safe and recover but he lives on his own and i am so scared it will happen again when he is on his own.
