Will it come back?

When I was about 8 I started having Grand Mal Seizures, Usually they occurred in my sleep and I would wake up and couldn't do anything but wait them out ... As I got a little older I started having them at random times of the day, I had a really bad one on my 13th birthday I was rushed to the hospital and I stayed there for a while. The doctors ran all the tests and said I had a type of epilepsy I will grow out of, I had a couple after that but have been seizure free for about 7 years, I am 26 right now I should mention. .. For the last two years I had been suffering really bad headaches and every once in a while I would feel liek maybe I was going to have a seizure but they never happened ... I am scared that my epilepsy could come back , I am looking to find out if that is possible and if I should be wearing a medical alert even though I don't have them right now ?
Some one please help, The fear of this coming back is causing me so much anxiety ...
