Last night I awake a couple of hours before my alarm in the middle of my teeth chattering minutely, but extremely quickly. My first thought was to awaken my husband, but I couldn't seem to move or blink.  I was not afraid, but have no idea how long it lasted. When it stopped, I noticed that my C-Pap was pushing me to breathe, which makes me think I may not have been breathing for a time.  Is this something I should worry or do something about?  I do have diagnosed PTSD and multiple TBIs, some accidental and some parental; and am post-menopausal.
