Think I Possibly Seizure?
Thu, 08/21/2014 - 02:39It was a normal friday night, nothing out of the ordinary. I went to sleep late, my mum was still out in the living room watching tv. I suddenly woke up, had this rush of energy and anxiety like I was going to be sick. After this point I don't remember much, but my mum filled me in. I came out and said I felt funny, bright red in the face and felt really nauseaous. Sat down and my cat came up to be and started hitting her away (really unlike me). I was irrational, confused and not really there. For about a 2 minutes, (felt like forever) I became really tense and my legs began violently shaking uncontrollably as did my arms. I didn't lose conciousness, although my mum was very close to calling ambaulance. Afterwards I felt drowsy and kind of worried/depressed. I went of to bed again after a bit, took be a while to go to sleep, felt strange.
I do suffer from anixety, and have had panic attacks in the past. Nothing like this. I usually become more alert than I do confused or this irrational.
Anyone had anything similar? Or what it could be?
