I finally have a name for

I finally have a name for what I believe is what has been bothering me. About 3yrs ago I while riding in a car (only happens when in a car), I was looking out the window when we passed some trees. The sun was shining brightly as we passed by the tree, the sun through the leaves of the tree became very bright, and my head began to jerk, I had to pull away very fast and throw my hand over my eyes. I jerks a few more times then it stopped. I've continued to have reassurances with new symptoms, nausea, and headaches. Sometimes I feel weak, also. I spoke with my doctor, she blamed on gabapentin, which I no longer take, and wasn't taking when these events began. I believe I have photosensitivity epilepsy. If anyone has any advice about what I should do next I would very much appreciate it. I also have lots of floaters, and am extremely near-sighted.
