still can't get into the chatroom.It's over 7 wks now and still no luck.Barbie and Spiz I want to thank you for all your help.I tried what you said about Java and nothing happened when I tried to chat with ya all.Next step?Thank you so much for all your help

Barbie I have tried the cookies, no go! Then I tried taking the firewall off,still no go! any other suggestions?The forum is not helping me with this problem at all.

Hi Maggie - i am really sorry this isn't working for you. Here's the next thing we should try. Go to your internet options, and find the "Privacy" area. Make sure that you allow some cookies. I tested this earlier and turned cookies off, and couldn't type anything. If this doesn't work, we'll go to the next step. If I set my Privacy to "High", I'm okay. If I set it to "Block all cookies", chatroom does not work for me Let me know, okay? Hugs, and hang in there, Barbie
