Seizures? Please Help Me!

Hi, I'm a 21 year old female and I've had worsening dizziness since February of this year. It had gotten to the point where I was severely dizzy 24 hours a day. I had to go to the ER at least two times because I was so dizzy I could not walk on my own. Plus nausea, loss of appetite, weight loss and memory and speech problems. There is a family history of epilepsy on my dad's side of the family, but so far it's only been the males. My uncle has full- blown convulsions and my dad has black outs. I finally got to see a neurologist in October and he prescribed me Topamax, which helps with the dizziness some but not the speech and memory problems. I've had an MRI, EEG and blood work done and still no one seems to know what's causing all of this. For all of you who suffer from seizures and epilepsy, do you think you know what may be going on? Please help me if you could.
