problems with chat???

Is anyone else having problems with getting into the chatroom?I'm still not able to chat.I feel like Heather does and I'm also about ready to leave.Things just aren'e the same around here.If you have any suggestions about getting on the chat,please let me know. thanks

HI Maggie, It's a little after 11 pm east coast time and the chat was working, just no one there right now. look at the directions to the chat and see if it gives any hints as to what problem may be. Also, make sure you have logged onto the my.epilepsy.com before clicking on chat.. I made that mistake a few times! If you still can't get in tomorrow, email back and let's see if they can figure out the technical issues for you... Epilepsy.com Resource Specialist

Just recieved your mail.When you say logged onto,do you mean at the very beginning of the site?If so...I am logged in.I have pop-up blocker enabled and the window that appears is for the chat to begin.Is this correct?I cannot even click on the people I would like to chat with.Thank you

Hi, go to chat - I see your name there. don't try to click on a name, just write in something in the line, press say or enter and see if it comes up in the window..Pop up blocker may prevent it from working so you may need to disable it when you are using this.. try it both ways and see,,,
