I have never personally experienced any myoclonic seizures, but did experience several grand mal seizures, back in the mid- to late-90s. As for why you might have started experiencing your seizures in a previous morning, all day, and all night until you fell asleep, and then woke up today feeling fine, well, those seizures probably had something to do with you not getting enough sleep. Sleep deprivation is a very common reasons why people end up having seizures. Even for people who do not have epilepsy. See if you can remember what time you went to sleep last night, and what time you woke up this morning, so you can have an idea about how much sleep you actually got. This might give you an idea about how much sleep you actually need, to help you avoid reoccurring seizures. It would be a good idea for you to let your doctor know about the information you post it on here.
