Involuntary shudders

Tue, 08/15/2006 - 14:00
Can someone provide some information on this? I have had to deal with involuntary shudders that shake my whole upper body and make me cry out or moan? These happen to me about 2 or 3 times a week (sometimes more) and are getting stronger (stronger shudders). Sometimes I get 2 or more in a row. They usually happen when I am tired or relaxed, but not in bed. Thank you, dmcamethyst :)

Involuntary shudders could be a type of seizure or symptom of other problem. Here is a link to general information that describes types of seizures, including myoclonic ones. Reporting change or new sxmtpoms to treating doctor is key so they can diagnose and treat properly!
