I have tried everything..please help!!!

Mon, 09/04/2006 - 12:12
I have tried everything to get into a chatroom. I even had my husband who is a computer programmer try and figure it out for me, but we still can not get it to work. Everytime I press the begin chat button it does nothing but turn blue and I can not do anything. I would very much like to get on and chat but I guess I am too dumb to figure it out we have tried all the helpful things that is listed below the " begin chatting" button but none of them are working...what am I doing wrong? I hope that someone can help me out. Thanks in adavnce.. Emily Klair's mom...Kari

try switching to a different server. for me, the chat won't work on Firefox, but on Safari, it's fine. or try GoogleChrome. see if any different servers help.

Hi Does it show that it's enabling JAVA?? I had/have the same problem with Yahoo Messenger but My.epilespy seem to work fine. Try the help center. Unfortunately that's the best info I can give you. Take care
