I believe you can contact a medical school, preferably one that has an epilepsy center associated with it and a 'brain bank' where they do studies to better understand neurological disorders. Another idea is the NINDS (branch of the NIH which deals with neurological disorders. Let me find out some specific contact numbers for people.. genetic researchers in epilepsy would be another resource.
