dizziness too long
Fri, 05/28/2010 - 11:33I don't know where to post this
I had ataxia and found out it I was low in vitamin D
But the dizzyness is still there, was wondering is anyone experiance this as a seizure?
My head hurts or dizzy then my eye sight is like looking thru a glass like.
If I close one eye I can see a bit easier but hard to keep it up
Happens only in morning for up to 2 hours.
I have control partial seizure since I was 8.
does anyone experience this?

I forgot to mention I take my meds and a half hour later I get the glassy eye and dizzy
I was given vitamin D so finally the gait and everything went away except this dizzyness so
a friend says he thinks it is meds but I have an appt. June 28 and going to tell them once more
or get another neurology doctor.
Thank You for the info

Ataxia and vitamin deficiences:
This from the NIH: "Ataxia with vitamin E deficiency is a disorder that impairs the body's ability to use vitamin E. Vitamin E is an antioxidant that protects cells in the body from the damaging effects of unstable molecules called free radicals."
Apparenty, Vitamin B-12 is another biggie... as is CoQ-10. However, I would consult with my doc first, to make sure these vitamins don't interefere with your meds.
As for ataxia and epilepsy, please see my previous post to you... Best of luck! Phylis Feiner Johnson www.epilepsytalk.com
