Did I have another seizure?

I had a seizure in October and haven't had one since. I only know that time for sure what happened because I was with my family. It was grand mal and all I remember is being disoriented and tired afterwards. There was no build up. Last night I am worried that I had another one, but I don't want to tell my family until I am sure because I don't want them to freak out. All I remember is being on the floor next to my desk. At the time I was convinced I was doing something but I couldn't think of any reasons for being there this morning and it looked like I had tripped over some stuff next to my desk when I looked at it today. Then I remember going to the couch because I was tired and thinking that I should watch some TV but I don't think I ever turned it on. I ended up going to bed because it was 9pm and I figured that I just needed sleep, but as soon as I got in bed I was wide awake. This is all very similar to how I felt the first time.
