Chat Room Locked Forever? -- NO !!
Fri, 08/08/2008 - 13:10I'm delighted to find that the Chat Room is up and running again. I had trouble for many weeks even getting in there, or keeping it on screen. However, when I got a computer system organization on the phone, while I was on screen, I followed their directions. It took four hours and almost $200 in fees, but the man in India who helped me saw that tons of old material and favorites of mine were put out in the junk forever! Now I'm into this fine feature as soon as I push the button. And mighty glad to be back and chatting with friends. --George R

Maybe you can invite someone over to look at your computer? It may be some updates that were done to your browser or other program that is causing the problems as we certainly have the chat up and running! Hope it gets worked out soon! See you in chat!

have you set your pop-up blocker to allow pop-ups from epilepsy.com? were you able to download and update your java? i don't uses internet explorer too often anymore, at least not here, i have been using Firefox, which seems to have fewer problems with getting onto chat.
again, good luck, let me know if this works, if not-maybe we can think of something else..
