Can restless leg syndrome be a sideaffect or something related to epilepsy?

I started having seizures when I was 13. Im 34 now. When I sleep and only when I sleep I lift my legs up and down while sleeping but it doesnt wake me up. It wakes my wife up though. I was searching on the internet about restless leg syndrome and it brought me to this site. Which Im glad i found. Ive been diagnosed with Granmal seizures. I think i spelled that right. lol,from the age of 13 my epilepsy has been controlled by dilantin. I dont know the side effects from dilantin and was watching some of the videos on this site, and listening to some peoples side effects of other meds. Maybe someone may have some info on this.
