BLOOD PRESSURE AND SEIZURES

My son is 18 and just had another seizure last night. He does have a right frontal lobe brain tumor. My question is: Does blood pressure play any kind of part in a seizure? his blood pressure was very high after the seizure and when we left the hospital, it was still pretty high. I can't seem to find any info. regarding this and if it has any relation to a seizure. We are going to Dana Farber tomorrow for an MRI and to meet w/his drs. but I would like some kind of answer to this before I go. ANY input would be GREATLY APPRECIATED :)
