Whats wrong with me?

Hello, I am 18, and super confused as to what is happening! I have been having these episodes since I was about 13 years old. They started as simple vision loss and a buzzing feeling all over my body, and awareness, I just couldn't talk much. It lasts about 30 seconds. Over the years ive even had episodes where ive convulsed and fallen and hit my head. It is so confusing because around age 14 I had mri and eeg done, with normal results! Yet my episodes have gotten worse! I also have constant headpain towards the back of my head. I have these episodes daily, sometimes multiple times a day. The rare occasions I have convulsions. Anyone else have advise or similar episodes??
