Was this a seizure?

Tue, 03/20/2007 - 18:18
A while back, I noticed that I was getting a strange feeling in my arm and figured it to be nothing. Well, that night I woke up and my arm was moving about uncontrollably, like it was a fish just pulled out of the water and thrown onto the ground. After a few moments of me waking (maybe 15 to 20 seconds) up to it it stopped moving about like that. I am worried because I noticed whenever I get under a lot of stress/really emotional my arm gets that odd feeling again and will jerk uncontrollably (but not like that night) and I am wondering if I should go talk to a Doctor about it. If it helps my cousin and my father both takes seizure meds but my cousin is epileptic while my father's seizures seem to be stress related. Thank you in advance.
