WHen you have the 3 or 4 day VEEG ....do you know you are having a seizure when the machine records OR are you surprised when they tell you that you had seizures during the test?

In my case I could actually tell when I had them. The seizures would wake me up (they have become nocturnal during the past year and a half and I only have them in my sleep) and I would be scared and shaky and that is when it takes me a few minutes to actually come around. Can you usually tell when you are having a seizure ie: do you have any sort of aura or can you tell that you have had a seizure (I have read that there are people who can't even tell when it has occurred.
