Trying to find help understand test results from EEG

I was just diagnosed with Alzheimer/dementia. But neurologist said I am having seizures. But I am not. My eeg test said bitemporal dysrhythmia and sharp wave discharges predominantly over the right hemisphere, right temporal seizure focus. Can someone explain or help me. I am 53 female. I am Going to have another eeg asap. Just had half my face removed. Melanoma. Not doing to well physically or mentally. Thank you
