Need a friend

Hi, I have had a few seizures in my life. First of all caused by excessive drinking & happening the morning after, waking up with an horrendous headache & blured vision. Sometimes I would just have one sezeure & occasionally two.  I cut down on drinking & all seemed fine. However after a major operation I woke up with the same symptons of blurred vision & had a seizure.

I have since had one in Australia after jet lag, lack of sleep & only a couple of drinks. I have more or less gone T- total and all has been fine. Until last Monday when I didn't sleep well & has another seizure, totally unexpected & I had to be rushed to hospital. My daughter found me unconscious in the kitchen. I did have blurred vision but thought it was just because I was tired.

This was my first sezeure in almost 3 years, I don't take any meds & have never been diagnosed with epilepsy. No results have shown up on an EEG or MRI.

Since the seizure I have struggled immensely to pull myself together. I seem to have gone into a mass depression & have severe anxiety. I dont feel like I can talk to anyone or anyone really understands. I am trying so hard to be positive but seem to have my head in the clouds and feel at all like myself. Mainly because I'm so scared o having another one but also seem to have a good dose of brain fog.

The only thing they have found wrong with me every time is my blood pressure is dangerously low (80/40) and is so every time I have had a seizure. Apart from that they can't find anything. I generally look after myself really well, exercise and eat a highly nutritious diet.

All I want is  some answers but also someone to talk to who understands.

Many thanks in advance.

This was my first sezeure in almost 3 years, I don't take any meds & have never been diagnosed with epilepsy. No results have shown up on an EEG or MRI.All it takes to diagnosis epilepsy is 2 seizures You need to see a specialist and talk to him about these episodes. I went for 3 years without any seizures. But I had one. Does going 3 years without one go better then the other years I had them?As for your blood presure being real low. You need to have that checked out too.   I hope  you get the assistance you need
