Long Nights and uncertainty

wired night seizures. From what I read you can not have pseudo psychogenic seizures at night, unless you are in pseudo sleep. then there are pseudo pseudo seizures they look like psychogenic but are epileptic in nature, which takes me to frontal lobe . Sleep, at night I am aware some what before my head goes back hard and fast and my back bows and I have wired sensation in chest like tingling like I can't breath well or make noise. I'll. Wake up suddenly and certain part of my body jerks and shakes hard and my wrists are bent and moving oddly can not stop. staring an wired head and arm movement's then I do this wired thing with my wrist are rubbing slash beating on my chest same spot sore most days I woke up alot it seemed fake and surreal I just get frustrated and can not communicate I kick and turn . What if anything is any of this,because it seems impossible. I have so many seizures at night every day and during the day that I function so well,I physically look sick pale ,dark shadows under eyes, I. Act strange body seems distorted to me and sometime I hold wrists wired, and I act out alot, I am often told I act like I am impaired mentally or childish. how do other people with nocturnal epilepsy function during the day behaviorally ,mentally,physically. any seizure disorder information updated or not on the above seizure topics would be great.
